On Monday, the fourth and fifth graders at William S. Covert Elementary School got to put all of their hard-earned knowledge to the test and dance their hearts out for their friends and families.
The school held its annual Mad Hot Ballroom on Nov. 30. The fifth graders at the school had spent the first months of the year learning how to ballroom dance. Then they had the chance to show off their moves for their friends and families in the Covert gym, before everyone joined in on the dance floor.
With their sweet steps, the students at Covert definitely turned their school into a Mad Hot Ballroom.
