Save the date

On April 10 at 7 p.m., the RVC Education Foundation will hold its annual black tie optional dinner dance at the Hempstead Country Club. The gala is the primary fundraiser for the organization that supports enrichment programs throughout the district’s schools.

This year’s theme is “Celebrating Broadway.” The Hon. Frank Yannelli, Karen Faust Baer and Gene Kaplan are the honorees. Visit www.rvcedfoundation.org for more information about the gala and the foundation’s projects.

Easter/Passover recess

Schools will close for the Easter/Passover Recess from March 29-April 6. On Friday, March 26, elementary schools with close for a half day for parent/teacher conferences. Dismissal will take place at 11:45 a.m.
