The Rockville Centre Chamber of Commerce held its annual installation dinner on the evening of Jan. 23 at the Best Western Mill River Manor. More than 100 members attended to watch Mayor Francis Murray and Trustee Ed Oppenheimer swear in the new members of the board.

Barbara Goldfeder and Greg Schaefer, newly sworn in as president and first vice president, outlined some of their plans for 2014, including the launch of a new website and upping the Chamber’s social media presence. Larry Siegel, the immediate past president, was honored for his years of service, and second vice president Yndiana Seltzer, of Sparks Unisex, was presented with the Barbara Klein Memorial Service Award for her years of service to the Chamber.
