Many thanks to Dr. Chin Yang

To the Editor:

I am writing to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Dr. Chin Yang, who has been a practicing doctor and pulmonary specialist in Rockville Centre since 1976.

Dr. Yang, over the past 40 years, has taken care of countless people, including three generations of my family.

I have been blessed to have such a fine and caring doctor and friend in my life for so long. I believe one of his biggest battles has been my smoking. Dr. Yang has worked tirelessly to help me quit. We achieved that goal this year! Without his endless support, I could not have done it.

When faced with a life-changing illness, Dr. Yang and his staff could not have been more supportive, both mentally and physically. I will be forever grateful.

Now it is time to say goodbye to these people whom I trust and love. No more work for you, Dr. Yang. Your retirement is here and well deserved. You have worked tirelessly, and it’s now time to spend the rest of your life with your beautiful family, which has so generously shared you with us for so many years.

I will miss you, Dr. Yang. Thank you for the outstanding care and kindness you have shown me and my family over the years. I hope you enjoy a long, happy and healthy retirement. You deserve all the best in life.
