Rockville Centre's all state musicians

Rockville Centre was well represented at the NYSSMA Winter Conference in Rochester between Dec. 2 and Dec. 5., with 11 student All State musicians participating — the largest number in recent memory.  The students who performed included:

Christopher DelBello (Class of 2011) – Mixed Chorus, Tenor

Eric Carey (2011)  – Mixed Chorus, Tenor

Joseph Nizich (2012) – Mixed Chorus, Bass

Lauren Maietti (2011) – Women’s Chorus, Alto

Emily Passarelli (2012) – Symphonic Band, Bb Clarinet

Jane Dragovich (2011) – Symphonic Band, Oboe

Kyle Holzgruber (2011) – Symphonic Band, Bassoon

Pauline Jung (2011) – Symphonic Band, Flute

Ian Bowen (2012) – Symphony Orchestra, Double Bass

Justin Wong (2012) – Symphony Orchestra, cello

Kasey Ng (2012) – String Orchestra, Viola

The following Rockville Centre students qualified as alternates:
