A great trustee appointment

To the Editor:
I wish to comment on the excellent appointment of Virginia Clavin-Higgins as a Valley Stream trustee. I have known Virginia for all of her life and she is a true Valley Streamer. Her roots and those of her family are and have been part of Valley Stream her whole life. As the Herald has reported, she has been involved as a class mother, and she wants Valley Stream to be a place for her children to grow up. She will put the interests of the people of Valley Stream first.
