Alleged third man caught in Valley Stream fatal party shooting

A Queens man has been charged with conspiracy in connection with a shooting at an illegal party in Valley Stream last month on Sept. 15.

A third man has been put in custody in connection with a shooting at an illegal party in Valley Stream last month on Sept. 15. Kenny Greene, 23, of Queens was charged with conspiracy in the lethal incident that wounded four young people and killed 20-year-old DeAndre Carter of Brooklyn.
Earlier this month, police captured the alleged duo that opened fire on partygoers and said the shooting was gang-motivated. Greene was arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on Sept. 16. As of press time, he was due back in court on Sept. 19.
