Police pair who stole electronics at gunpoint

Two men stole more than $1,000 worth of electronics at Best Buy on Monday, according to Nassau County police detectives.

Shortly before 9 p.m., the two men entered the store and loaded up assorted electronics into baskets. They then pointed a handgun at the security guard as they exited the store, making away with $1,234.91 worth of merchandise. They were seen fleeing in a dark-colored Toyota Camry.

The first suspect is described as a hispanic male, average height with a stocky build wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a blue baseball cap. The second suspect is described as a black male, average height with a thin build wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and a red knit hat. Both are described as being in their mid- to late-20s.
