The Chinese American Association of Long Island, which holds Chinese language classes on Saturdays in Valley Stream, held its annual Chinese New Year celebration on Feb. 19 at Central High School.
Following dinner, guests were treated to a variety of cultural performances by students of the school — both children and adults — in the Bert Keller Auditorium. 2011 in the Year of the Rabbit.
