Disney on Ice’s ‘Dare To Dream’
Another Disney on Ice spectacle makes its way to Long Island as the holidays approach. This time, those Disney princesses – old favorites and new friends – bring their charm to Nassau Coliseum, when they share their stories in an ew extravaganza. It’s a highly theatrical show, according to Scenic Designer Stan Meyer, involving three classic animated stories. Enjoy Disney’s hilarious hair-raising escapade, in Disney’s newest tale,“Tangled,” as Rapunzel, her unlikely companion, Flynn, and Maximus, embark on a journey that takes adventure to new lengths. Boogie to the beat of the bayou with Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen, and see fanciful dreams become reality as Cinderella meets her Prince Charming. Everyone’s favorite princesses take to the ice for a spectacular finale that is not to be missed.
Now through Sunday, Nov. 13. Times vary. $20-$85. Nassau Coliseum, Hempstead Tpke., Uniondale (800) 745-3000 or www.ticketmaster.com.

Follow Polly and Rachel Martin Bannister from room to room, as they reminisce and celebrate, through song, the life of Dr. Martin. The tour concludes with complimentary hot cocoa, tea, and cookies.
