Hempstead Town officials visit Dever

Town of Hempstead Councilman Edward Ambrosino spoke with students during an assembly at the James Dever School.

Town of Hempstead Councilman Edward Ambrosino and clerk Nasrin Ahmad dropped in on students at James A. Dever Elementary School recently to share what they do as public servants.

First-grade students heard presentations from Ambrosino and Ahmad about what they do, followed by Ahmad reading Frog and Toad Together.

The first-graders were joined by District 13 students from grades four through six for the assembly.
