Family owned and operated since 1949, Green Cabinetry follows the traditions and expertise of its founder, Frank Tommasini, ASID (American Society of Interior Designers). Their highly experienced designers help customers make educated decisions, whether they are building a house or remodeling a kitchen or bathroom. Customers are always served with a personal touch.

Selection at the showroom is enormous. More than 300 styles are on display, addressing every possible taste and need. Among their quality lines are Hanssem, a domestic manufacturer of fine kitchen and bath cabinetry; Luxor, a company in Quebec that creates custom kitchen cabinets; and Holiday Kitchen, known for its exceptional craftsmanship and materials. In addition to Greenway’s wide collection of cabinets, finishes and door styles, they also feature counter tops, decorative hardware, sinks and faucets.

Most recently, Greenway has developed its own “green” line of cabinetry, which is manufactured on Long Island. Breath Easy® cabinets are constructed of non-toxic, environmentally friendly materials with low or no-VOC (Volatile organic compounds) finishes, water-based glues, and formaldehyde-free solid plywood box construction. Greenway prides itself in being socially conscious, committed to preserving the earth’s natural resources, air quality, and the health of its clientele. These cabinets meet all requirements for LEED (Leader in Energy and Environment) certification. Breathe Easy® was featured on NBC's Today Show, and was reviewed by Modern Woodworking, Domino, American Lung Association, General Building & Design, Health House and Holistic Center, and Prevention Magazine.

Greenway’s top interior designers are Mary Nolte, who specializes in color, and Joan Stigliano, a member of the International Interior Design Association, who specializes in Feng Shui. Both are studying for the LEED exam, and are members of the U.S. Green Building Counsel. Also key members of the staff are Bill Skolich and Mike de Cristofaro, who are highly skilled and experienced kitchen designers.

Shoppers can stop by and arrange a free in-house consultation from one of Greenway’s professional designers, who will also provide a complimentary floor plan and computer aided designs. Prices are kept competitive, for both their popular product lines and their own green cabinetry. Professional installers are available, or customers can choose to hire their own, or do it themselves. Beautiful photographs of sample kitchens are displayed on the website — www.greenwaycabinetry.com.
