Let’s make our voices heard

To the Editor:

I would like to thank the Valley Stream Community Association for all the work its leaders are selflessly doing on behalf of all of us. This meeting was the most informative one we’ve had so far, with some specific reasons and answers of why the Federal Emergency Management Agency is robbing us.

I implore all of the residents to create an uproar not yet heard in the community. We must make our voices heard in the land of politics. Please people, write, call and email our politicians. This situation will only get worse unless we stand together. Enlist your neighbors. Make them care.
