A good deed award for West Hempstead teen

The National Committee for the Furtherance of Jewish Education on Long Island sponsored its 17th annual Good Deed Awards for Long Island Teenagers — which recognizes teens' outstanding acts of goodness and kindness to society — recently at the Supreme Court in Mineola. Among teens chosen for the award was Jenna Picone, of West Hempstead.
