Members of the Baldwin Civic Association made welcome signs for students and greeted them upon arrival on their first day last week. “Baldwin has been tremendous,” Spero said.

Ochtera said the district is trying to keep things “business as usual” for its students. “It’s not about buildings and it’s not about location, it’s about the people.”
