Local residents had a bit of fun last weekend on Hope Day NY — a day of free entertainment across New York City and Long Island organized by local churches.
At the Baldwin Long Island Rail Road station, people of all ages came out to enjoy face painting, live music, resume services, health screenings, among other attractions.
Iglesia Long Island Para Cristo of Freeport organized the local event.
The worldwide pandemic has threatened many of the businesses you rely on every day, but don’t let it take away your source for local news.
