With the sun beaming down and not a cloud in sight, Baldwin American Legion Post 246 held its annual Memorial Day Parade.
Residents lined Grand Avenue for the parade, which included members of Post 246, the fire and police departments and many different community organizations. The march ended at Silver Lake Park, where a ceremony for fallen veterans took place.
Post 246 members also handed out free copies of its Memorial Day Journal, a special supplement of the Baldwin Herald printed by Herald publisher, Richner Communications, Inc.
