Danny Quadrino on Broadway in Bye Bye Birdie

East Rockaway High School senior Danny Quadrino, 17, is living his dream as an actor on Broadway. He has made his debut on the Big White Way in the revival of the musical "Bye Bye Birdie." He just filled in for the starring role of "Hugo" in this week's matinee performance.

Danny has been singing and dancing since he can remember. "The first Broadway show I saw was Aida, and all I could remember was saying to myself was "I want to do that!"

Danny loves spending time at the beach with friends,family writing music, playing piano and guitar and just hanging around.

Bye Bye Birdie at the Henry Miller Theater in New York City. The show also stars John Stamos (Albert Peterson), Gina Gershon (Rose Alvarez), Bill Irwin (Harry Macfee) with Jayne Houdyshell (Mrs. Mae Peterson). Robert Longbottom directs and choreographs Bye Bye Birdie. Book by Michael Stewart, lyrics by Lee Adams and music by Charles Strouse.
