George Chesterton will head business office during budget season

George Chesterton will serve as assistant superintendent for business on an interim basis.

George Chesterton will be acting as the interim assistant superintendent for business until a permanent replacement is found, Baldwin School District officials said Monday. He takes up the position held by Frank Fiumano, who died on Feb. 13.
Chesterton, a retired school official, once served as assistant superintendent for business and also as district superintendent for the Oyster Bay School District.
