The Principal's Office celebrates five years

With this week’s column, the Principal’s Office begins its sixth year. It’s time to look backward as well as forward. But first, a few thank yous are in order. Scott Brinton has not only been my editor, but has also become a friend and sounding board for new ideas. Executive Editor John O’Connell has always been a prime supporter and booster. America’s Dream Chamber Artists perform at Calhoun

The Merrick-Bellmore Community Concert Association opened its 57th season with a performance by America’s Dream Chamber Artists on Sept. 25 at Calhoun High School in Merrick. The ensemble included Arian Ghez on oboe, Adrian Morejon on bassoon, Amy I-Lin Cheng on piano, Eveline Kuhn on flute, Cyrus Beroukhim on violin and Arash Amini on cello. more
