Young people are using vaping devices at alarming rates, exposing themselves to nicotine and numerous other dangerous chemicals that have adverse effects on their health. New York state must respond to this crisis by requiring greater transparency when it comes to the sale of vaping products, holding distributors accountable for illegal sales and rigorously enforcing penalties for bad actors. more
