On March 8 at 7:30 p.m., the Lynbrook New Vision Party, Lynbrook Republicans Club and the office of Assemblyman Brian Curran will host a guest bartender night at the VFW on Merrick Road. The guest bartenders will be members of the Lynbrook Village Board. All proceeds will benefit the Lynbrook Moms’ and Dads’ Club, which promotes athletic excellence in the community. more
On March 4 from 7 p.m. to midnight, the Progressive School of Long Island will host its 12th annual Sports Party Fundraiser at Sportime Lynbrook on Merrick Road. Adults and children can enjoy a night of tennis, basketball, hockey, lacrosse and dodge ball. Tennis professionals will be available for instruction and pizza will be provided.
