It was Blue vs. Gold in an enthusiastic and friendly competition as Island Park Lincoln Orens Middle School seventh and eighth graders put on their game faces and challenged each other at the school’s Sports Night on March 3. This annual event is a night of fun for students, featuring a variety of athletic games that promote camaraderie, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Participants are divided into two teams – Blue and Gold – and compete in several creative athletic events, Siamese Soccer, Aerial Football, Castle Ball, and the ever-popular Tug-of-War.
