Celebrate the Chinese New Year in Island Park

Children in kindergarten through fifth grade are invited to celebrate Chinese New Year at the Island Park Library on Feb. 5 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Representatives of the Long Island Children’s Museum will visit with a fun, educational program. Kids will learn about the different zodiac signs and China’s lunar new year festivities, and will create their own masks to celebrate.
