An electrical fire broke out at the Texas Car Wash, at the corner of Texas Place and Long Beach Road, just after 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 26.
James Ruzicka Jr., chief of the Island Park Fire Department, said the blaze was brought under control in about half an hour, with the help of backup from the Long Beach, Point Lookout and Oceanside Fire Departments.
Two firefighters were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
