Fimiani, 55, was last seen at Starbucks on 3549 Long Beach Road in Oceanside at 3:15 p.m. on March 26. He is white, approximately 250 pounds, and has medium length salt and pepper hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a dark jacket. Fimiani, who suffers from schizophrenia, was traveling on foot.

The Silver Alert Program has been established in order to disseminate immediate information to local media, hospitals and other organizations when a senior citizen or other individuals suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, dementia or other cognitive disorders goes missing.
