Trick or Treat in I.P.

 They started at the south end of Long Beach Road and fanned out from there, a wave of ghosts and goblins intent on candy and goodies. The Island Park Chamber of Commerce held its third annual business trick or treat Oct. 24. At the first stop, Scully Century 21 Realty or the Law Office of Glenn Ingoglia the children were given medallions, souvenirs of the hunt for treats. Then off they went, looking for stores with a special poster in the window. Over 70 children and their parents took part.

Chamber President Mark Taglianetti wanted to thank the participating businesses: The Local Ale House, Doris the Florist, Ribeye Bros. Cheese Steaks, Jordan's Lobster Farms, Island Park Deli, Patty's Place Hair Salon, Sea Coast Realty, Island Park Diner, Jack's Pizzeria, Hope's Land of Candy, Classic Grocery, Pancho's Cantina, DaVinci's Restaurant, Century 21 - Scully Realty, Law Office of Glenn Ingoglia, Long Island Exchange, The Local Ale House and the Island Park Library.
