A charitable check for Community Wellness Council

Peter Holmstedt of Holm's Citgo on Merrick Avenue in Merrick donated nearly $2,000 to the Community Wellness Council of the Bellmores and Merricks, Inc. The council's goal is to prevent substance abuse in the community and to improve quality of life by fostering physical and emotional wellness.
