What about the Ocean Outfall!!!!!!

Making a virtual bathtub for the sewage plant is worthless unless we have the Ocean Outfall!!!!

For Pete's sake look at the facts!!!!

Bay Park is the biggest dumper of Nitrogen into the Western Bays: It averages 2300 tons of nitrogen/yr out of the total 2550 tons from all sources... 90% of all Nitrogen dumped in the bays is from BAY PARK!!!!

That's why our local waters are Eutrophic!!!!

fishkills, wretching smells, no shellfishing, harmful algal blooms... the list goes on..... and on....

And that's just nitrogen... god only knows the other 10s of thousands of chemicals people dump into the drain that ends up in reynolds channel!!!!!!

and the rest of the cronies to explain to the entire South Shore contingent about WHY THERE IS NO MOVEMENT ON OCEAN OUTFALL!

What ever happened to "No STP Discharges in Reynolds Channel Region-wide Resiliency Plan". HUH? Where?

What about the Conversion of Long Beach STP???

SINCE 1974 THE EPA HAS STATED THAT "without adequate ocean flushing, the western bays ecosystem will collapse"....

THAT'S 40 years!!!!! When are any of you going to take a stand and fight for what is right????

WE NEED THE OCEAN OUTFALL FOR OUR FUTURE GENERATIONS
