This festive holiday show combines all the drama of the Dickens original and the buoyant spirit of Gilbert and Sullivan, with words by Gayden Wren and music by Arthur Sullivan. It had its world premiere with the GSLOC in 1994, and went on to international and 0ff-Broadway success. Wren, in addition to being the play’s author, revives his celebrated role in the director’s chair. for this tongue-in-cheek retelling of this holiday story of redemption.
