The annual Fourth Battalion Fire District parade was held in Malverne on Saturday, June 25. It was hosted by the Malverne Fire Department.
Rockville Centre Fire Department won the parade overall. Lynbrook came in second, while Malverne placed third.
The firefighters were judged on best overall appearance, their marching, military-style precision and unison, their personal grooming (including their uniforms) and the spacing and alignment of their fire trucks as they marched.
