Arrests
On June 27 at 10:32 p.m., a 39-year-old Lynbrook woman was arrested and charged with criminal sale of marijuana on Robertson Road.

At 3:40 p.m. on June 28, A 24-year-old of Jamaica was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and insufficient brake lights on Ocean Avenue.

An 18-year-old  of S. Ozone Park was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an incident at 1 Columbus Dr. on June 28 at 6 p.m.

On June 29 at 7:07 p.m., A 60-year-old of Mineola was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane change and speeding on Peninsula Boulevard.

A 36-year-old of Queens Village was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unregistered motor vehicle on Sunrise Highway on July 1 at 2:55 a.m.

At 1:31 p.m. on July 1, A 53-year-old man of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (warrant) on Merrick Road.

On July 1 at 9:53 p.m.,a 34-year-old Far Rockaway man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe lane change on Peninsula Boulevard.

A 52-year-old man of East Rockaway was arrested and charged with open warrants for aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation, failure to obey traffic control device and petit larceny on Wright Avenue on July 6 at 8:54 p.m.

On July 7 at 8:10 a.m., a 21-year-old of Far Rockaway was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and fractured windshield on Hempstead Avenue in Lynbrook.

At 9:05 p.m. on July 7, a 55-year-old of Mineola was arrested and charged with unlawfully dealing with a child at 393 Sunrise Hwy. The defendant, while employed as a clerk at Lynbrook Wine and Liquor, did sell one 750ML bottle of Whipped Cream Smirnoff Vodka to a 16-year-old.

On July 8 at 12:30 a.m., A 17-year-old of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with assault for an altercation that occurred on First Street.

At 5:46 p.m. on June 27, a complainant reported that an unknown person(s) attempted to use their American Express account to purchase a camera, valued at $286.00, at B&H Photo in Manhattan.
