Residents of Rockville Centre and surrounding communities braved hot, humid weather to enjoy the Rockville Centre Chamber of Commerce’s annual Street Fair and Car Show on Village Avenue on June 27.
They sampled a variety of refreshments and specialty foods, listened to music, and checked out vintage cars. Numerous booths selling wearable art, jewelry, textiles, clothing, bags and home designs attracted crowds. Local banks, realtors, businesses and political groups also set up exhibits at the fair, which was produced by Preferred Promotions in conjunction with the chamber.
