After-school activities canceled in Valley Stream

Due to today's snowstorm, after school activities have been canceled in the Valley Stream Central High School District and Valley Stream District 13.
Among the activities canceled are all Adult Education classes in the high school district, and the Howell Road winter concert, which will be rescheduled.
The high school's Board of Education meeting tonight is expected to still go on as scheduled. The meeting begins at 8 p.m. in Memorial Junior High School's cafeteria.
