An enchanting afternoon in Rockville Centre

Posted

A sold out crowd enjoyed a family-friendly fundraiser last Sunday afternoon at Molloy College, raising money for the Rockville Centre Community Fund.

They were treated to a performance of “Peter and the Wolf,” by the South Shore Symphony, under the direction of former village Trustee Wayne Lipton, with narration by village resident James Paymar and performers from Leggz Ltd. Dance. The concert was followed by a light Italian-style supper.

The RVC Community Fund is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to quickly and discreetly helping village residents who have emergency financial needs.
