Bellmore and Merrick Police Athletic League coaches recently celebrated at the Treehouse in Merrick. PAL held the event to thank the volunteers for their efforts on behalf of the community’s youth. Nassau County Legislator Dave Denenberg, fourth from left, front, who coaches the PAL boys’ under-16 Merrick Rovers soccer team, was among the attendees.
