Bellmore T-Mobile is robbed

A 19-year-old employee of a T-Mobile store on Sunrise Highway in Bellmore was tied up and struck on the face, knocking him out, during a robbery at the shop on Monday at around 7:55 p.m.

According to Nassau County police, a male suspect entered the T-Mobile and demanded cell phones and cash before he tied up the victim, who was struck on his left cheek, rendering him briefly unconscious.

The suspect was described as 6-foot-2, with a deep voice and wearing a black ski mask, a yellow, hooded sweatshirt, a black jacket and black gloves. The suspect was last seen carrying all proceeds in a black, wheeled duffle bag through the rear parking of the store to a dark-colored SUV, which sped off west on Royle Street.
