The door to the Oceanside Post Office was knocked in after a car accident pushed a vehicle into the building. No one was seriously hurt, although one pedestrian was injured leaping out of the way of the car.

A car accident on May 4 damaged the Oceanside Post Office.
According to police, two cars were involved in an accident outside the post office, located at 80 Atlantic Avenue, forced one car onto the sidewalk and into the doorway of the building. One care was turning and hit a second car, pushing it into the building.
There were no major injuries. One pedestrian was hurt jumping out of the way of the car.
