The Cedarhurst Business Improvement District recently awarded Cedarhurst Fashion Opticians owner Larry Greenspan with the 2009 Merchant of Distinction Award in recognition of his commitment to the village of Cedarhurst, customer service and overall retailing excellence. Greenspan has been in business in Cedarhurst since 1982.
