The Village of Rockville Centre and American Legion Post 303 will host a ceremony, including the laying of a wreath on the water, at Mill River/Centennial Park on Pearl Harbor Day, Dec. 7, starting at 10:45 a.m. Everyone is invited back to the post at 197 Maple Ave. for food and refreshments after the commemoration.
