Congrats to a West Hempstead grad

Congratulations to graduating West Hempstead High School senior Ashley Centrella on her acceptance into The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Centrella, who will be a part of FIT’s class of 2015 while studying graphic design and communications, will be entering the Institutes program this coming fall. This program, which accepts only a limited number of students per semester, is highly competitive and requires a rigorous application process. As a result of her admittance, she will spend two years in the communications program, and the following two in graphic design where she will ultimately earn her bachelor’s degree. Congratulations on your honorable success, and best of luck in your college career.
