District 30 champs

The Rockville Centre 10-year-old boys baseball team won the 2009 District 30 Williamsport Championship by defeating Oceanside National 12 -1 and back-to-back games with Lynbrook that ended in 5-4 and 14 -4 scores.  The team won their sectional game against Bronx’s Kingbridge team in Harlem, with a score of 10- 4. The run ended when they faced Bayside and lost 4-0.  In the bottom row, from left, are Jimmy Barrett, Ryan Dean, Jack McLaughlin, Regan Quinn and Harrison Kravis. In the middle row, from left, are Joseph Hill, Brendan Condon, Matthew DiLuccio, Tony Izzo and Casey Meekins. In in the last row are Matt Klugewicz, Nick Algios, Patrick Agresti and Liam McManus. The team manager is Pat Agresti and its coaches are Frank Dean and David Kravis.
