East Rockaway students up to the challenge

Schools from all over Nassau County participate in the year round Trivia Challenge event and raise significant funds for the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County, Inc.

Now in its 26th year, the Trivia Challenge event brings students with great minds and good hearts together to help raise funds to benefit the programs and services UCPN provides for over 1,800 children and adults challenged by disabilities. 

The 2011 Trivia Challenge finals were held during the week of Feb. 7 at UCPN in Roosevelt.  Once again, the Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union sponsored the event. Development Director Charles Evdos expressed his gratitude to NEFCU for their sponsorship and thanked all the students, teachers and family members for their generosity and support.
