Ted Merwin, who wrote “Pastrami on Rye, An Overstuffed History of the Jewish Deli” will discuss his book as part of the Jewish Experience Lunch and Lecture series at Temple Israel of Lawrence, 140 Central Ave. in Lawrence on Sunday, Nov. 13 from 10 :30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Temple members, $18, nonmembers $20, includes lunch. At the door fee doesn’t include lunch.
