Fifth annual N. Bellmore art studio exhibit

Sheila Chezar-Hershkowitz, founder of Chezar Art Studio in North Bellmore, announced that this year's art show will take place May 1 to June 30 at the Farmingdale Public Library.

In addition, everyone is invited to meet the artists at the reception on May 13 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the gallery. Refreshments will be served.

The two-month long show also features paintings and drawings by Chezar-Hershkowitz and the other artists who are attending her studio.

The show will feature paintings and drawings by the talented artists who have attended the studio since its opening in 2012 and is now celebrating its fifth anniversary.

The work of the following artists are included:

Chezar-Hershkowitz, Suzie Alvey, Renee Bundi, Emmy Davis, Beatrice Faivre Dunski, Georgia A. Fasano, Josephine Galea, Marie Gandini, Teresa Idelowitz, Marita Katsaounis, Elizabeth Pultz and Sharada Tadepalli.
