Firefighters respond to overturned auto on Loop Parkway

New York State Police received an emergency call after a vehicle overturned on the Loop Parkway Sept. 24. The Point Lookout-Lido Fire Department responded to the scene amid early reports that someone was trapped in the vehicle. When Asst. Chief Jimmy Walsh arrived he confirmed that no one was trapped. The driver was transported to a local hospital.
