Glen Cove residents voted in favor of the 2021-22 budget on May 18.

Voters in the Glen Cove City School District approved the district’s nearly $96 million spending plan for 2021-22 on Tuesday. The budget passed with 1,050 in favor in and 655 opposed.

Maureen Jimenez, Anne Markoulis, Meghan Lavine and Dr. Angela Raimo were elected to the Board of Education on Tuesday, defeating incumbent Gail Nedbor-Gross and challengers David Huggins, Susan Jerzewski and Audre Lynne Hurston.
