The Long Beach Chamber of Commerce honored orthodontist Sanford Kowan, center, as Professional of the Month at their September meeting at Monterey Restaurant on West Park Avenue. Presenting him with his plaque are President President Michael Kerr, Executive Director Warren Vegh, Chairman Lawrence Elovich and Treasurer Dr. Ira Grushack.
