Local artist in Arts Biennial

Rockville Centre’s Naomi Grossman will participate in this weekend’s opening of the first Patchogue Arts Biennial — Celebrating the Creative Spirit. It is a three-week art exhibit created for 44 invited artists, working in a variety of media, to share their work with the public. An opening reception is this Saturday, Oct. 3 from 2-5 p.m. at the Briarcliff College Exhibit Hall, 225 W. Main Street, Patchogue. Grossman will be showing both outdoor and indoor sculptures. The outdoor art work will on display be only one day, Oct. 3. The indoor exhibit will continue from Oct. 4 -Oct. 24 on Sundays from 12-4 p.m., and from Mondays-Saturdays from 12-7 p.m. For more information, visit www.patchoguearts.org or www.naomigrossman.com.
