Long Beach’s own Steve Adelson doubles producer and performer at the festival.

Virtuoso Guitarist Oz Noy returns to the Jazz Festival.

Tinkling the ivories: Jazz pianist Rachel Z is among the many featured performers at this year’s Long Beach Jazz Festival, which begins on Sept. 23.
